    Ceramic Sharpener

    I have used a ceramic thermal for the past 20+ years which will become my shop sharpening ceramic, the one purchased will serve the same purpose in the kitchen. It will work great for many years and be a good addition to my work sharp WSKTS sharpener kit. All my Old Hickory kitchen knives are staying as close to razor sharp as you can get them with very little effort and time.

    Coveted Ceramic Honing Rod's are great to touch up a knife. Biggest danger dropping it. Be careful when laying it down, will break. I love mine for touch up while butchering meat. To be fair this is my second one because I dropped the first on. Be advised they are great.
